- Use at Your Own Risk: Fombles is provided “AS IS.” The developer (Bouncing Ltd t/a Fombles) accepts no responsibility for any actions taken by the user.
- Safety Warning: Do not use this app while operating a motor vehicle, heavy machinery, or in any situation where distraction could lead to injury or property damage.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, physical injury or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
- No Warranty: We do not warrant that the app will be error-free.
- NO MEDICAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER Fombles is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing contained within the App, including data visualizations, tap counts, or trends, shall be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fombles is not a medical device. - This licence agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Data Portability & Storage Disclosure
Local Storage & Data Ownership Fombles is designed with a privacy-first architecture. All data generated within the app —including kick/ tap counts, timestamps, and history— is stored exclusively on your device’s internal storage.
No Cloud Synchronisation To ensure your maximum privacy, this app does not transmit your data to any external servers or cloud services. Consequently, your data is not synced across multiple devices.
Device Transitions & Data Loss.
Because data is stored locally:
- Uninstalling the App: Deleting the app will permanently remove all stored tap history from your device.
- New Devices: Your data will not automatically transfer to a new phone. While standard Android system backups may attempt to move app data, the developer cannot guarantee the successful migration of your local database.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining their data. There is no way to recover your data if it is lost or deleted from your device.
